Onion

onion-dicing

Tears on my eyes,

Stop peeling off the skin,

Naked onion in kitchen.

  1. Reblogged this on Smorgasbord – Variety is the spice of life and commented:
When I was cooking for a living many moons ago I developed a complicated relationship with onions. I love them, eat most days but when peeling and chopping for 140 portions it does take some ingenious work arounds. I tried everything and eventually ended up wearing swimming goggles – like many people that we meet, onions have the ability to make your cry but they are well worth the effort. Thanks iKu2e for conjuring up that memory…
